The level 2 first aid course in an intermediate first aid course, equipping learners with an extensive knowledge of emergency care and teaching a high standard of patient care. This course covers more detailed subject such as treatment of Paediatric patients and two rescuer CPR.
Advanced First Aid (Level 3) SP 230803 aligned
First aid level 3 is a comprehensive first aid training course. All first aid topics are covered in Level 3 First Aid training. Cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the correct use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) are essential skills emphasized to save a person’s life in a medical emergency.
Paediatric First Aid
This first aid training is especially designed for parents, teachers, childminders, au-pairs, and everyone else dealing with children younger than 7 years. It aims at the young patient and covers a wide range of paediatric emergencies.
Fire Marshal

The Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases (COID) course provides an overview of relevant legislation related to compensation for occupational injuries and diseases. Heartsaver First Aid, CPR and AED
The course targets all lay responders, such as firefighters, police, commercial airline crews, security personnel, employees in the workplace, family members of patients at high risk of sudden death, and other laypersons wanting to learn first aid for adults. The course provides hands-on practice in the skills of first aid, including medical emergencies, injuries, environmental emergencies, CPR and use of an AED.
CPR for Professionals
This course is designed to teach the skills of CPR and choking for victims of all ages, including ventilation with barrier devices, pocket masks, bag-valve-mask devices with supplemental oxygen, and the use of an AED to all healthcare providers in both hospital and out-of-hospital settings.
CPR for Everyone
This course is designed to teach the techniques of CPR and choking in adult, children and infants, and the use of an AED to lay rescuers, particularly those who are expected to respond to emergencies in their occupation or workplace.
